Here is the guide to download the image and apply in your Facebook as timeline picture. It could be your personal profile, page or group.
Step 1:
• Click on above image and then right click.
• Click ‘Save Image As…’ and select the location & save the image.
Step 2:
• Go to your Facebook profile
• Click “Add a cover” or “Change cover”
• Select “Upload photo…” • Choose image (that you downloaded)
• Adjust/drag the image if you want
• Click “Save Changes” button to set your new Facebook Cover
