Guide to download the cover and apply in Facebook as timeline cover:

Step 1:    

• Right click on the favorite cover above.
• Click ‘Save Image As…’ and select the location & save the image.

Step 2:

• Go to your Facebook profile
• Click “Add a cover” or “Change cover”
• Select “Upload photo…”
• Choose image (that you downloaded) 
• Adjust/drag the image if you want
• Click “Save Changes” button to set your new Facebook Cover
